How to Reset a Forgotten Password on TriHealth MyChart Account

You can reset your password if you follow these instructions. If you lose your password, the system will send you an email including a verification code. The procedures listed below can be used to reset your TriHealth MyChart account password if you forget it;

Step 1: Start by visiting TriHealth MyChart Login Page: Go to the TriHealth MyChart login page at (https://mychart.trihealth.com/mychart/Authentication/Login).

Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”: Click the “Forgot password?” option, which is found beneath the password field of the login page.

Step 3: Enter Username: A request for entering your MyChart username will appear. Use the “Forgot Username?” link first if you can’t remember your username.

Step 4: Confirm Identity: You need to confirm your identity after inputting your username. This might include confirming other personal information, submitting your date of birth, and responding to security questions.

Step 5: Get Verification Code: A verification code will be sent by TriHealth MyChart to the email address or mobile number you registered. Look for this code in your text or email messages.

Step 6: Submit Verification Code: On the Providence MyChart page, enter the verification code you received in the appropriate field.

After your identification has been confirmed, a new password creation option will appear. Select a secure password that satisfies Providence MyChart’s security specifications. A good password usually consists of a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

Step 7: Verify New Password: To verify the new password, enter it again. After making sure that both entries are correct, click “Submit” or “Save” to complete the password reset guidelines.
