If you’re having trouble logging in to your TriHealth MyChart account, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link below the log in fields for assistance. You will go through two-step verification to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.

For First-time users: Click the “Sign Up Now” button above the User Login form. A signup screen will display. You can either register using the email address that you provided to the office or you can register by creating a username and entering a security code provided to you from the office.

Billing and Financial Assistance

Billing Questions:

All of your payments and bills can be handled online. Patients can choose from a number of practical ways offered by TriHealth for paying off their medical bills. By using the code located in the top right corner of your paper statement, you can make an online bill payment.

Question about setting up a payment plan with the billing office if you are unable to pay the entire amount at once. This enables you to gradually make smaller, more manageable periodic payments. Contact us or go to our Payment Plans page to get started.
