About TriHealth

In 1995, TriHealth was formed by the combination of Bethesda and Good Samaritan Hospital, two of Cincinnati’s best medical facilities. TriHealth offers several clinical, educational, preventive, and social services through these two acute care hospitals and more than 130 centers of care.

TriHealth offers a range of non-hospital services, such as home health, hospice care, occupational health centers, fitness facilities, and physician practice management.

The goal of TriHealth is to promote community health and wellbeing by offering compassionate, all-inclusive healthcare services. The company places a strong emphasis on a comprehensive approach to healthcare, emphasizing wellness promotion and preventative care in addition to illness treatment.

TriHealth is dedicated to serving the communities it serves and strives to provide high-quality treatment by teamwork, innovation, and dedication. Respect, honesty, kindness, and quality in every aspect of healthcare service are among its basic principles.

TriHealth Organization Core Principles

Respect for All: showing everyone the same level of consideration and compassion that we would like for our own family and ourselves.

Stewardship is the decision to use our time, resources, and abilities most effectively for the benefit of the community rather than for ourselves. Our dedication to the environment is part of stewardship.

Entrusting individuals to anticipate customer needs, continuously enhancing services, and consistently exceeding the customer’s expectations are the cornerstones of service excellence for all customers. Our internal and external customers define the quality of our services.

Adapting to the numerous demands of the community while honoring its many cultures and our own principles is known as “responding to community needs.”

Respect for our Spiritual Heritage: highlighting the spiritual foundation of the organization and acting in a way that embodies our principles in all that we do.

Encouraging an atmosphere that respects diversity, acknowledges individual differences, fosters personal development, and raises each person’s sense of value is known as “valuing differences.”
