To ensure convenience and flexibility, TriHealth offers patients a variety of methods for paying their medical bills. The steps a patient can take to pay their medical bills are as follows:

How To Make Payment For Your TriHealth Bills

To pay online, select your state/region, date of service (if applicable), and facility where you received care.

Payment via MyChart Portal:

  • Access MyChart: go to your TriHealth MyChart Login account.
  • Billing Section: Navigate to the billing section.
  • View and Pay Bills: View your current statements and make payments directly online using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

To sign up for the first time, click the “Sign Up Now” button located below the user login form. There will be a screen to sign up. You have two options for registering: either create a username and input the activation code that the office sends you, or register using the email address you gave them.

Forgot Username/Password? If you’re experiencing problems logging in to your TriHealth MyChart account, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link below the log in fields for assistance. In order to recover your username or password, you will need to undergo two-step verification to confirm your identity.

Online Payment via PersonaPay site:

If you received an email or text message from TriHealth:

  1. Click on the link in the email
  2. Once opened, click “View Bill Details
  3. As prompted, verify your identity (date of birth, SSN, and/or account number – options will vary based on what data we have on file for you)

If you visit the online payment site directly:

  1. Go to https://www.personapay.com/trihealth/login to access the bill payment page.
  2. Enter Guarantor Number and Date of Birth in the given space located at the right corner.
  3. Click ”Continue” to access your account with the account number found on your last statement.
  4. Review your account and choose a payment option.
  5. Make your payment easily and get your receipt emailed to you.

Payment via Phone

  • Call the Billing Office: Dial the TriHealth billing department number provided on your bill.
  • Provide Billing Information: Have your billing account number and payment method ready.
  • Complete the Payment: Follow the instructions given by the billing representative.

Payment via Mail

  • Send a Check or Money Order: Write a check or money order payable to TriHealth.
  • Include Account Information: Ensure your billing account number is included on the check or money order.
  • Mail to the Billing Address: Send your payment to the address provided on your billing statement.

How am I going to pay my bills?

All of your payments and bills can be handled online. Patients can choose from a number of practical ways offered by TriHealth to settle their medical bills. By using the code located in the top right corner of your paper statement, you can make an online bill payment.

When will my bill arrive?

We will send you a bill within 30 days, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Who else would be billing me?

You can receive many bills for a visit since medical equipment, facilities, and doctors’ assistants can all be billed separately.

For instance, each doctor who provides or oversees your care—such as an intensivist, surgeon, anesthesiologist, radiologist, pathologist, or hospitalist—may bill you separately.

Does TriHealth Provide Financial Assistance?

Considering that I did not receive services at a TriHealth location, why am I getting a bill?

Usually, one of the following causes leads to the charges:

  • A lab was drawn for you at your doctor’s office. TriHealth laboratories receive lab specimens from physicians for processing; this comes at a hospital cost.
  • At one of our outpatient centers, you received services.

My statement has several account numbers; why are they there?

At the time of registration, a fresh account number is given for every day of service. This procedure assists in ensuring the speed of the billing process and the correctness of your statement.

Why does my latest payment not appear on my bill balance?

After processing of your most recent statement, payment posting can take place. To find out your balance, get in touch with our Single Billing Office.

How can I receive an overview of my fees?

If I overpaid, how can I get refund?
