The App Store and Google Play offer the TriHealth MyChart app for iPhone and Android smartphones. Patients who already have a TriHealth MyChart account can sign in and take advantage of all the extra features and benefits offered by the app by using their current username and password.

Download the free app by searching for MyChart in the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app opens, scroll down the list and choose TriHealth. Then, log in with your TriHealth MyChart username and password to view your medical records.
